Cold winter days leave one to think, of warm spots to hang out, with someone or something special. I like to be with my favorite person next to the fire, making smores and watching the wind blow across the lake. There are many places like this that come to mind, several of them are along the shores of Beaver Dam Lake, one of my favorite places to get away with that someone special, and enjoy the serenity, that a cold winter day can bring.
